Eating habits:
- Eat a varied and balanced food, with a reasonable proportion of sugar and sugar slow "
- Brush your teeth after eating, and avoid eating between meals

Dental:

- Various mouthwash may be beneficial, but the teeth must be clean prior to benefit
Fluor:
- Make the kitchen with iodized salt and fluoride as usual found everywhere in shops
- Do not take fluoride tablets in areas where fluoride intake is already assured of another way (salt, water, etc.).
- Use a fluoride toothpaste
- Use a toothpaste for small children who do not spit; when the child reaches spit, use a paste with the same concentration of fluoride as adults
- The rinses and fluoride gels can be beneficial, especially for people with a high risk of cavities
