How to deal with tooth decay

The teeth are organs implanted in the jaw, two bony arches which constitute the jaw. The teeth are made of ivory (or dentin) and covered with a hard white substance (the enamel). Inside the tooth cavity is filled with pulp, which is a fabric made of cells and fibers.

Tooth Decay: What is the treatment?
If decay affects only the enamel or the dentin, the dentist can make a shutter using a composite or an amalgam of money. If the tooth is badly damaged, we must restore it with a crown. As against, if the nerve is reached, the dentist must devitalized tooth because the pulp is now unrecoverable. We must therefore use the root canal.

A cavity that is not treated continues to grow and bacteria will eventually attack the alveolar bone below the root. The result will be a very painful abscess to be treated with antibiotics and then move to root canal or extraction, depending on the state of the tooth.

It may also be a chronic injury, which leads to a small button on the gum. It is not painful, but there is still an infection that can last for years if not treated during a root canal.
